When is the weekly order cut off?

As long as you get your order in by Wednesday night, you can get in on that week's bake.

When can I expect my delivery?

The granola is baked fresh weekly (generally Thursday and Friday) and delivered within a week.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery run spans 20 km from Marpole. We'll waive the $3 fee with a $20 minimum purchase.

During checkout, why am I seeing "This order can’t be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information."?

Sorry for the disappointment, but unfortunately our delivery service does not extend further than 20 km from our Marpole location.  In general, that covers Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby, Richmond and New Westminster.

Why don't you deliver further than 20 km?

We're a small, local operation with limited delivery capability. That said, if you are outside of the delivery region and you have a large order, please contact us and perhaps something can be arranged.

Can I get my granola shipped or is delivery the only option?

At this time, we are only offering local delivery. The shipping costs don't really make sense compared to the price of our granola.
